SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

Returns of purchases made on shopwillajames.com. We pride ourselves in offering custom, handmade jewelry. Sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned and we understand. Willa James gladly accepts returns on most unworn, damage free items within 14 days from delivery date. Returns must be post marked within 14 days of original ship date. Orders post marked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Orders post marked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received please allow up to 14 days for return to be processed. To initiate a return, please contact us as hello@shopwillajames.com and provide your order number and reason for the return. A rep will get back to you within 1-2 business days. 


If you choose to return your order using a prepaid return label, a return shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from the final refund amount. 


FINAL SALE, SAMPLE SALE, LIMITED EDITION, GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. 


Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. 


SHIPPING/GENERAL ORDERING 


I just placed an order, but I need to change the shipping address. How do I do that? Because we process orders so quickly, we are typically unable to make changes to a shipping address. Please contact Customer Service (hello@shopwillajames.com) as soon as you can if you need to change your shipping address. 


I am ordering several items that need to be shipped to different shipping addresses. How do I indicate that? As of right now, we are only able to accept one shipping address per order. If you need items to ship to different addresses, it would be best to place them as separate orders. 


Will a signature be required for delivery of my order? At this time, a signature is not required for delivery. 


Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes! On the checkout page, you will see all of your available shipping options. 

 

Do you ship internationally? At this time we do not ship internationally.
